Delete Your AI PDF Reader Account

AI PDF Reader, developed by BoxOfLearn, allows users to sign in using their Google Account. You can request the permanent deletion of your AI PDF Reader account and the data associated with it by following the steps below.

Delete Your Account from the App

  1. Open the AI PDF Reader app.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  4. Open Account Settings or Delete Account.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. Confirm your deletion request.

After confirmation, your AI PDF Reader account and associated app data will be permanently deleted.

Request Account Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:

boxoflearn08@gmail.com

Use the following subject:

AI PDF Reader Account Deletion Request

In the email, include:

  • The Google email address used to sign in to the app
  • A statement confirming that you want your AI PDF Reader account deleted

For security purposes, please send the request from the same email address that is linked to your AI PDF Reader account.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, the following data associated with your AI PDF Reader account will be deleted, where applicable:

  • Account identifier associated with Google Sign-In
  • Name, email address and profile image received through Google Sign-In
  • Uploaded PDF records associated with your account
  • AI-generated summaries, notes, questions, MCQs and chat history stored by the app
  • App usage history associated with your account
  • Remaining AI credit balance associated with your account
  • Other account-related data stored by AI PDF Reader

Deleting your AI PDF Reader account does not delete your Google Account.

Data That May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained where required for:

  • Legal or regulatory obligations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security and abuse prevention
  • Financial and transaction record requirements
  • Resolving disputes

Google Play purchase and payment records are managed by Google and may be retained according to Google’s own policies. We do not store your complete payment card or banking information.

Any data retained for legal, security or financial reasons will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 7 business days.

Once an account has been permanently deleted, the account data and unused AI credits cannot be restored.

Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

Users may delete supported app data, such as uploaded PDF history or generated content, directly from the app where a deletion option is available.

You may also email boxoflearn08@gmail.com to request deletion of specific data without deleting your complete account.
